1. Service Activation

Once you register and make a payment for any of our subscription plans, your account and profile get activated instantly. As our services are delivered digitally and start immediately upon successful payment, cancellation requests cannot be entertained after activation.

2. Cancellation Policy

Once a subscription plan is purchased, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Users are advised to review all details carefully before making the payment.
Kodi Matrimony reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of any policy violation or misuse of the platform.

3. Refund Policy

All subscription payments made to Kodi Matrimony are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for partial usage of services.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Profile deletion by the user.
- Unsatisfactory responses from other members.
- Change of mind after subscription purchase.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you have been charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical issue, please contact our support team at support@kodimatrimony.com. Upon verification, we will initiate a refund for the duplicate payment within 7-10 business days.
